Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- The product is missing parts or has a manufacturing defect.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is not as described.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- A return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items used, damaged after delivery, or altered.
- Opened/used home décor items where usage signs are visible.
- Items bought on clearance or final sale (if mentioned at the time of purchase).
Return Process (Website Orders Only)
To initiate a return for website orders:
- Email us at hello@nexmaxo.com.
- Mention your Order ID and the reason for return.
- Upload photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).
Our team will review and approve the request within 24–48 hours.
Pickup & Reverse Logistics
Once your return is approved:
- A pickup will be arranged at your delivery address.
- Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid transit damage.
- Pickup attempts will be made up to 3 times.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued after:
- The product is received.
- Quality check is completed (1–2 business days).
Refund Method
Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet). For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer—please provide bank details when requested.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval and quality check. The timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
We offer free replacements if:
- The product is damaged on arrival.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- A manufacturing defect exists.
Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative product of similar value.
International Orders (Exports)
For overseas shipments:
- Only damaged, defective, or wrong product issues qualify.
- Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
- Customers should share unboxing photos/videos for claim validation.
- In some cases, only partial refunds may be processed due to high logistics costs.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation is allowed if the product has not yet been shipped. If the product has been shipped, the order can be canceled only after delivery and return.
